CIDIYA Wedding Invitations & Accessories reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Once an order is placed with us, you have signified your acceptance to be bound by the below terms and conditions.

Ordering

A minimum order quantity of 100 applies to Wedding Invitations and a minimum number of 10 applies to other invitations and obituary cards. If you require less than the minimum order quantity, the cost per card will be significantly higher than the listed price.

Designs

Designs are copyright of CIDIYA Wedding Invitations & Accessories. You or a third party, cannot copy or reproduce designs in any part or way.

Colours 

Colours on screen will always look different to the printed version. If you have provided a colour swatch, every effort will be made to match it as closely as possible. Due to the printing process, colour variation can occur between print runs.

Envelopes

Envelopes of 120gsm are included free of charge with all Wedding Invitations. For Elite and Acrylic Invitations, envelopes will be charged separately.

Proofs

Proofs are free and sent as a digital PDF via email using the wording you supply and colour and design agreed in your order. A fee will apply if you want to see more than one variation of PDF proof. You are responsible for checking the PDF proof for all the content, colour, design, dates, spelling and grammar. If proofs are approved by yourself with errors and are subsequently printed, CIDIYA Wedding Invitations & Accessories takes no responsibility. If replacements are required, these will be charged for in full. A fee will be charged if you change to a different design after a proof of your original design has been created.

Time

Once your order has been confirmed and placed, CIDIYA Wedding Invitations & Accessories will mail you a PDF proof of your wedding invitation within 2 working days. Once approved by you, your invitation will be ready within 7-10 working days. Unfortunately these timings may alter due to unforeseen circumstances, if this is the case, CIDIYA Wedding Invitations & Accessories will keep you updated on your order.

Payment

Payments will be done in (INR) Indian Rupee. Accepted payment methods will be cash, card or bank transfer. For payments via bank transfer, details will be given to you once you have placed your order. Once you have confirmed and placed your order, 50% payment of the total bill amount will have to be paid.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order before proof reading, then the cancellation charges will be Rs.1000/-. Once the proof reading has been approved by you, there will be no cancellations and no refunds.
